W E L C O M E !

The Green Party of Kitsap County...

was organized in the summer of 2000 as citizens dedicated to the promotion of environmental and social issues critical to the well-being and future of the people and the world we live in. We support Green Party candidates for local, state, and national offices.

Green Parties exist in over eighty countries, and approximately two hundred members of European parliaments are Greens. In the United States, Greens hold elected office in twelve states, and many more Green party members hold appointed office and serve on city and county advisory boards and in community organizations. As of September 2000, thirty-three counties have organized Green Parties in Washington State.

Please click on our menu items (above) for information about us and our activities and for links to resource information, including other Green Parties in the Northwest, the U.S. and internationally.
